• Assign work, set priorities and coordinate employee rotations and coverage.
• Make security-based decisions using TSA procedures and judgment.
• Review performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Coordinate with airport stakeholders and TSA leadership as needed.
• Prepare briefings, incident reports and management communications.
