Job summary

Ignite Now seeks a driven Windows System Administrator to support critical IT resources at NASIC in Dayton, OH. The role ensures 24/7 continuity, IA compliance, and maintains the classified IT environment with a focus on reliability and security.

Responsibilities include installing and tuning Windows servers, backup/recovery, and documenting processes. Applicants must have TS/SCI clearance and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT or 10 years without a degree.
• Experience administering Red Hat Enterprise Windows Server 2019/2022 in a classified environment.
• Knowledge of security operations and information assurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform Installation and Maintenance of Windows Servers and network systems.
• Provide backup and recovery services; manage file systems and disk space.
• Install and Maintain Windows Servers and network systems.
• Test updates to enterprise system software to ensure compatibility and minimize user impact.
• Develop and document technical processes and procedures as needed.
• Performance and network tuning.
• Develop best practices with respect to process and documentation/templates
