Job summary

DLH Corp seeks a TCAC Fleet Support Engineer to provide system administration, IT support, training, and deployments for the USMC Radio Battalions. The role includes travel across CONUS/OCONUS to support Marine Corps operations and software fielding.

Responsibilities cover diagnosing complex issues, server/network solutions, and documentation, with a focus on interoperability and customer support for government programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/IT or related field; equivalent experience acceptable.
• Must be able to obtain IAT Level II DoD Cyber workforce certification within six months.
• Ten+ years of systems engineering experience supporting SIGINT/EW is preferred.
• Experience with Windows client, Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Knowledge of container-based architecture (Docker, Kubernetes) and network management.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain one is required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex system, network, and application problems.
• Provide up to Tier 3 IT support for USMC TCAC Family of Systems.
• Provide hardware and software support to end-user customers and acquisition teams.
• Offer technical consultation and cross-training to IT staff as designated by government.
• Assist software developers with server, workstation, and network solutions.
• Contribute to R&D and product development input.
• Develop and maintain documentation and procedures related to the job.
• Provide feedback to engineers on performance issues and operational needs.
• Remote/onsite support with about 10% travel to CONUS/OCONUS.
