Qualifications

• Experience applying TECHINT concepts to weapons and devices.
• Experience applying IC and DoD classification guidelines, security requirements, and information-handling procedures.
• Ability to work semi-independently with limited oversight to conduct technical research and intelligence production.
• Experience collecting, evaluating, correlating, and synthesizing TECHINT and all-source information.
• Experience analyzing technical characteristics, components, and triggering mechanisms of weapons and devices.
• Experience evaluating sensor-derived data (seismic, acoustic, VLF/ELF) for intelligence.
• Experience defending analytic judgments using multiple sources and adapting to new data.

Responsibilities

• Develop, process, and evaluate TECHINT and Weapon Intelligence data to identify weapons, IEDs, and technical signatures.
• Conduct all-source intelligence exploitation to identify characteristics, components, and capability.
• Produce weapon intelligence reports, databases, and technical assessments with device characteristics and signatures.
• Analyze events to identify recurring profiles, signatures, and indicators supporting attribution.
• Analyze technical data including seismic, acoustic, infrasound, and electromagnetic data.
• Integrate TECHINT and all-source reporting to develop comprehensive assessments.
• Maintain and update weapon intelligence databases for correlation and trend analysis.
• Collaborate with IC, scientific, technical, and academic partners on emerging technologies.
• Develop and communicate technical intelligence assessments to support requirements.
• Use MS Office and databases to organize, analyze, and present intelligence.
