Job summary

SRC, Inc. in the Dayton, OH area is seeking a TechELINT Analyst to support a DoD customer. You will perform interpretive pulse-level and P-Cubed analysis, contribute to IMD studies on 5th generation weapons, and collaborate with EW engineers to build simulatable EWIR models.

Requirements include a TS/SCI clearance, 12+ years TechELINT experience or a Bachelor's with 8+ years, proficiency in MARTES/ESP/CATS/ASPEN, and demonstrated TechELINT reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 12+ years TechELINT experience or a Bachelor's with 8+ years TechELINT experience
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required
• Experience with TechELINT reporting formats (ELT, ELS, GAR, SAR, IROD)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with EWIR models and related tools is preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform TechELINT analysis on complex waveforms from a wide range of radar systems
• Produce serialized ELINT reports detailing pulse-level analysis
• Collaborate with EW engineers to translate waveform observations into simulatable EWIR models
• Brief government customers on analysis findings and recommendations
• Handle multiple systems concurrently and respond to quick turnaround requests
