Qualifications

• Level 2 - Ten years of experience as an SA in programs of similar scope.
• Infrastructure experience with system security.
• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification and resolution.
• Optimize system operations and resource utilization.
