Job summary

CACI International in the Ft. Meade area seeks a Software Test Engineer to analyze requirements, develop test plans, and conduct data collection and analysis for near real-time data transport systems.

You will collaborate with software, system, and platform engineers to validate development and maintenance activities. The role involves creating T&E strategies, Master Plans, event test plans, and readiness assessments while supporting DoD, IC, and federal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 2-8 years of testing experience.
• Current TS/SCI with Poly clearance.
• Current IAT Level II certification is required such as Sec+.
• 1-3 years’ experience testing products written in Java or GoLang (U).
• 1-5 years’ experience testing in Linux, Unix, Windows, or Cisco OS operating system.
• Experience in one or more of the following: RESTful services, Java, Perl, LDAP, Linux, modern IDEs, Agile Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Planning and execution of performance analysis.
• Specifying and validating modeling and simulation for T&E use.
• Applying statistical analysis to characterize confidence in performance estimates.
• Execute evaluation plans on data collected by Testing Tasks.
• Plan and execute performance data collection and event-level testing.
• Establish and employ Data & Configuration Management capabilities.
• Produce evaluation plans, risk assessments, and evaluation reports; input to government T&E products.
