Constellation Technologies is seeking qualified candidates for a signals analysis role supporting federal contracts in Maryland. The position requires US citizenship with an active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph, and direct experience in COMINT/ELINT/FISINT environments.

Applicants should have extensive background in signals analysis, protocol evaluation, and network-related assessments, with hands-on use of SEDB, THRESHER, WIRESHARK, PROFORMA, MCSAP and MESAP tools.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required and TS/SCI clearance with active polygraph.
• Experience in signals analysis (COMINT/ELINT/FISINT) and related domains.
• Background in tradecraft and analytic development for SIGINT.
• Familiarity with SEDB, THRESHER, WIRESHARK and related tools.
• Knowledge of RF/communication technologies and OSI data links.
• Military training programs or certifications related to signals analysis preferred.
