SRC, Inc. is seeking a Staff MBSE Engineer to support NASIC development of simulatable data models using Cameo/MagicDraw and SysML 2.0 in Dayton, OH. The role demands an active TS/SCI clearance with SCI eligibility and a strong foundation in MBSE.

You will work with intelligence analysts and S&T professionals to develop, document, and validate models that meet mission requirements, while contributing technical leadership and ensuring model performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in systems engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or related area.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with SCI eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance baseline threat models.
• Document the development process and results.
• Coordinate with intelligence analysts and modeling/simulation professionals.
• Verify and validate model functionality and performance.
