Job summary

Black Cape is seeking a Data Engineer (2+ years – Senior Level) to join our on-site team across Arlington/Pentagon, Reston, and the DMV area. You will contribute to cloud-native web apps, advanced data analysis tools, and ML initiatives for federal customers, delivering scalable data pipelines and dashboards.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship. You will collaborate with software engineers and data scientists, applying Python, Databricks, ETL, and SQL to transform

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional data engineering experience.
• Strong Python data manipulation and scripting.
• Hands-on Databricks experience.
• Design and implement ETL data pipelines.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL or SQLite.
• Familiar with Agile SCRUM methodologies.
