Job summary

gTANGIBLE Corporation (gTC) in Rosamond, CA, seeks an Activity Security Representative II to provide multi-disciplinary security support for Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree counts as four years of experience; Associate's degree counts as two years.
• Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) counts towards 1 year of experience.
• Special Program Security Certification (SPSC) counts towards 1 year of experience.
• Maximum equivalent experience for SPED Certifications is no more than 3 years.
• SAP experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence.
• Maintain document accountability database and related correspondence.
• Process inbound/outbound classified mail and receipt records.
• Destruction of classified materials.
• Process magnetic media for accountability.
• Reproduction support for classified materials.
• Maintain daily logs for document control.
• Assist in processing inbound/outbound data transfer files.
• Transfer electronic data files to internal customers.
• Maintain customer database contact listings.
• Assist with visit notices processing and filing.
• Escort facility visitors and log maintenance.
• Prepare facility access control badges.
• Conduct entry/exit inspections.
• Maintain access control systems and visitor logs.
• Data entry to the Personnel Access Security System database.
• Maintain personnel security files for all personnel.
• Enforce customer SOPs and support security education programs.
• Provide miscellaneous administrative support as directed.
• Review and monitor security clearance processing with government personnel.
• Participate in Air Force SAP security compliance inspections.
• Implement Top Secret Control for accountable material.
