Job summary

CACI is seeking a Technical Security Education Curriculum (TSCM) Instructor to design and deliver training on TSCM topics to the IC workforce. The role uses blended learning, face-to-face and online delivery for students at Ft. Washington, MD with potential CONUS/OCONUS deployments.

You will develop and modernize curriculum, prepare lectures, and work with course developers to ensure accurate information and effective teaching methods. Up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly.
• Graduate-level training credentials or relevant certifications in TSCM/related fields.
• Experience in teaching adults in the last 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and facilitate general and specific TSCM training for the IC workforce.
• Deliver training via face-to-face, online, synchronous, asynchronous, and self-paced methods.
• Prepare and present classroom lectures; update curriculum for currency and relevance.
