Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with minimum 7 years of experience in Property Accountability Management.
• Must possess Forklift and other Material Handling Equipment certifications.

Responsibilities

• Apply stock control practices: bin/location management, reorder levels, due-ins/due-outs, backorder tracking, reconciliation.
• Conduct cyclic inventories and/or wall-to-wall inventories with supporting documentation.
• Maintain audit-ready accountability for equipment/material including custody transfer documentation and property book concepts.
• Perform receiving inspections and coordinate with transportation/shipping functions.
• Generate routine reports (inventory accuracy, due-outs, turn-ins, receiving status) and brief results to government leads.
