Job summary

BCT LLC in Fort Meade, Maryland is seeking a mid-level Business Finance Professional (BFP) to support budget execution, spend plans, requisitions, and documentation. The role involves coordination with Government officials and daily mission support activities.

The ideal candidate has extensive DoD/IC experience with budgeting and reporting, plus strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills. Active TS/SCI w/Poly may be required for the position. Fort Meade location offers on-site work.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of DoD/IC experience or ten (10) years of DoD/IC/commercial experience in purchasing or finance, and a Bachelor's degree with a business focus.
• Experience preparing reports reflecting program/project status in cost, schedule, and performance.
• Experience in budget planning, preparation, and execution for acquisition programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with validation and completion of Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs).
• Assist Government Business Contract Management Offices with End‑of‑Year activities and Actual data calls.
• Enter requisitions into the NSA's financial management system with required information.
• Prepare non‑complex MIPR and Economy Act Orders (EAO) and related requisitions.
• Process incoming MIPRs and EAOs using standard BM&A process.
• Create and maintain spend plans in the Agency's financial management system.
• Modify requisitions to comply with Contracting guidance for funds obligation.
• Assist Government Program Managers in tracking requirements through execution.
• Pull financial reports and data from Agency systems.
• Utilize NSA acquisition and financial management policies, procedures, regulations, and tools.
