Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Personnel Security Specialist to oversee the protection of sensitive information and personnel through robust security protocols and compliance with federal guidelines.

Responsibilities include conducting background investigations, adjudicating security clearances, maintaining records, and collaborating across departments to address security risks. Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance is required for this role in the Federal Solutions team.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI w/ CI POLY required or active clearance with CI poly.
• Bachelor's degree or years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of equivalent work experience in personnel security.
• Proven personnel security experience and knowledge of federal guidelines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate across departments to address security risks.
