Job summary

System High Corporation seeks a Network/System Administrator II to organize, install, and support government networks including LAN/WAN, perform architecture analysis, and support SAP/SCI programs. You will work under minimal supervision, manage COTS & GOTS products, and help upgrade infrastructure while maintaining security best practices.

You will participate in enterprise security operations, maintain documentation, and contribute to incident response activities in a DoD environment requiring

Qualifications

• DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technician Level 2 within 6 months of hire.
• 3–5 years related experience in network/system administration.
• Thorough knowledge of Windows desktop/server OS and Linux administration.
• Familiarity with CISCO networking, virtualization, and backup technologies.

Responsibilities

• Operate day-to-day management and operations of systems and networks.
• Follow O&M checklists; develop TTPs and SOPs for service operations.
• Monitor enterprise systems using SIEM; tailor alarms and generate reports.
• Assist in evaluating risk and emerging cybersecurity tools.
• Serve on incident response when needed.
• Provide technical support to users and maintain system health.
