Job summary

• Lead troubleshooting and optimization of complex WAN/LAN and data center networks.

Piper Companies is searching for a TS/SCI Network Engineer to work for a leader in the technology space and reside in Ft. Meade, MD. The TS/SCI Network Engineer will Design, deploy, and manage network infrastructure.

Responsibilities of the Network Engineer include:

• Proven experience with Cisco platforms and advanced internetworking concepts.
• Deep understanding of MPLS technologies and routing protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Nexus is highly desirable.

Qualifications for the Network Engineer include:

• Must have CCIE/CCNP or advanced level Route and Switch experience.
• Architect and troubleshoot MPLS (L2/L3 VPN, VRF Lite, MPLS-TE) environments. Must have a Active TS/SCI
• Configure and maintain advanced routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, ISIS, and inter-AS routing.

Compensation for the Network Engineer includes:

• Total compensation is $120,000 - $210,000 annually
