Qualifications

• 2–4 years in commercial janitorial services, facility maintenance, or quality control.
• Strong OSHA knowledge and PPE handling; infection-control basics.
• Ability to document findings and drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily walk-throughs and inspections to verify contract and quality standards.
• Document results with checklists and reporting tools; track trends.
• Train and mentor janitorial staff on cleaning procedures and safety.
• Coordinate corrective actions and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with management to improve QC processes.
• Communicate with site supervisors and clients to address concerns.
• Monitor supplies and assist with inventory management.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and promote safety culture.
• Assist with scheduling, task assignments, and evaluations.
• Participate in audits and drive continuous improvement.
