Job summary

Constellation Technologies, Inc. is seeking an ISSE to support RMF-based programs in Maryland. The role requires US citizenship, TS/SCI with active polygraph, and a Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of ISSE experience on large technical programs.

You will apply security practices, perform vulnerability testing with customer tools, and help formulate IT security policy. Proficiency with tools such as Nessus, NMAP, and Wireshark is expected, along with secure configurations of common OS.

Qualifications

• US citizenship and TS/SCI with polygraph are required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security Systems Engineering, or related discipline.
• 12 years of ISSE experience on a large technical program.
• Hands-on vulnerability testing experience using customer tools.
• Experience applying Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• Experience formulating and assessing IT security policy.
• Knowledge of security tools such as Nessus, NMAP and Wireshark.
• Experience with secure configurations of desktop and server operating systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to plan and prioritize tasks and work independently or in a team.
