Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an Information System Security Engineer to join our team and support a classified US government client on a hybrid schedule. The ISSE will review RMF artifacts and advise on risk assessments, security design, and incident response planning.

Required: 4 years with NIST RMF/NIST 800-53, Windows/Linux, and cloud/virtualization environments; TS/SCI clearance; DoD 8140 compliance. Bonus: ACAS/Nessus and Splunk SIEM usage.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience implementing NIST 800-53, Rev 4 and/or RMF.
• 4 years of experience with Windows and/or Linux environments.
• 4 years of experience with virtualization or cloud environments.
• 2 years of using information security practices and principles.
• Experience with Splunk.
• DoD 8140 compliance (e.g. Security+, CISSP, CASP, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Review new and existing systems for technical compliance with IA directives and data protection.
• Advise on security design reviews and risk assessments.
• Provide inputs to artifacts such as POA&Ms, SCTMs, and RARs.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to inspect IA plans and security controls and support IRT activities.
