Job summary

MILVETS Systems Technology, Inc is seeking an experienced Information Warfare Specialist to support Information Operations planning and integration at tactical and operational levels. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in MISO/PSYOP and MILDEC, with the ability to develop, coordinate, and assess information-related activities in support of operational objectives.

Experience supporting SOUTHCOM, Combatant Command-level planning, and MARFOR organizations is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years planning and integrating Information Operations (IO) with emphasis on MISO/PSYOP and MILDEC at tactical/operational level.
• Verifiable MISO/PSYOP planning process experience.
• Verifiable MILDEC planning process experience.
• Experience in Target Audience Analysis, message development, and effects assessment.
• Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and U.S. passport.

Responsibilities

• Plan, integrate, and coordinate Information Operations at tactical and operational levels.
• Support MISO/PSYOP planning and execution, including audience analysis, message development, and effects assessment.
• Support MILDEC activities in line with DoD processes.
• Develop information-related products and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Analyze audiences and information environments to support objectives.
• Assess effectiveness of information activities and provide improvements.
• Communicate complex information clearly through written and verbal outputs.
• Collaborate with military, government, and mission partners in planning and execution.
