CACI International Inc in Springfield, VA is seeking a journeyman-level General Maintenance Specialist to support a mission-critical program. You will perform building and infrastructure upkeep, including electrical, carpentry, painting and security-related tasks to ensure safety and reliability.

The role requires a HS diploma and five years' experience, plus TS/SCI clearance, with up to 10% travel. You will read blueprints, follow OSHA/ NEC guidelines and work in varying conditions.

Formación

• Vocational or HS diploma with five years' experience as a General Maintenance Technician.
• Experience with electrical, carpentry, painting, concrete, plumbing, welding, drywall.
• Ability to interpret diagrams, specifications, manuals and cost estimates.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication of system issues to team and management.
• US citizen with TS/SCI clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance of facilities, including fencing and gates.
• Execute infrastructure sustainment: change bulbs, paint, and related tasks.
• Repair and service locks and security equipment; interpret blueprints.
• Develop supply estimates, gather technical data and manage material needs.
• Assist project coordination, planning, cost estimating and local projects.
• Apply safety rules per OSHA, ECAP and NEC guidelines.
