Finch AI seeks an Enterprise Account Software Systems Engineer in Herndon, VA to act as a post-sales technical point of contact for national security customers. Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly required.
• Ability to integrate SaaS or hybrid SaaS products into restricted or air-gapped environments.
• Experience in supporting mission users in DoD, IC, or federal civilian agencies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical owner for assigned National Security accounts post-sale.
• Lead deployments and integrations of Finch AI software in hybrid environments.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting across the infrastructure and application layer.
• Deliver technical training and best-practice guidance to mission users.
