Job summary

Dalcom Engineering in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD is seeking an experienced Engineer to support mission-critical R&D, systems engineering, and modernization efforts for the U.S. Army.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, 3+ years of professional experience, and active TS/SCI clearance. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, analyze, and improve materials, products, and processes, ensuring quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 3+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
• Proficiency with engineering software and analytical tools.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare technical documentation and technical presentations.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple technical priorities.
