Job summary

Targeted Solutions, LLC is seeking an IT/IA Specialist II to support DoD SAP programs (e.g., HQ Air Force, OSD). Responsibilities include configuring complex systems, maintaining security appliances, and providing client support.

Requires 5–7 years’ related experience, SAP background, and DoD 8570.01-M IAM II/IAT II training. Must have TS/SCI eligibility and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years related experience in IT/IA or systems admin.
• Prior roles include System/Network Administrator or IT/IA Specialist; SAP experience.
• DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level II or IAT Level II training is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish complex operational software configuration controls and system interfaces.
• Maintain file servers, Firewalls, network access, and security monitoring systems.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system anomalies to optimize performance.
• Prepare systems for operational use and support tests.
• Review and update authorization packages and related documentation.
• Provide external information system client support and VTC administration.
• Perform account management across authorization boundaries and help desk duties.
• Apply COMSEC and media control procedures as required.
