Prattwhitney is looking for a Cyber Infrastructure Engineer to work onsite in Largo, Florida. The position requires a U.S. Citizen with active TS/SCI clearance and focuses on maintaining both physical and virtual infrastructure within a datacenter environment.

The candidate must have a strong understanding of computer and network security systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Attractive benefits are included, along with a competitive salary range of $68,900 – $131,100 USD.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret U.S. government security clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Must maintain DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ or CISSP preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience or advanced degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Account for power consumption and cooling load in a datacenter.
• Work with HVAC and Electrical personnel on site.
• Manage physical and virtual infrastructure.
• Perform maintenance of VMware virtual infrastructure.
• Implement security remediation and assist during audits.
