Job summary

Wiser Imagery Services, based in Quantico, VA, seeks a TS/SCI-cleared cybersecurity analyst to advance USMC program defense through rigorous threat analysis, COA development, and cross-network assessment. You will leverage JWICS/SIPRNet experience to identify vulnerabilities and gaps, coordinating with open-source intel while operating onsite on a 1st shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret SCI clearance at time of application.
• 3–5 years of combined relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience working in JWICS and SIPRNet environments.

Responsibilities

• Assess the cybersecurity posture of a USMC defense program, prioritizing cyber threats based on analysis.
• Analyze foreign capabilities to detect, disrupt, and deny USMC emissions and signals across the cyber kill chain.
• Identify emerging technologies and vulnerabilities affecting USMC network infrastructure.
• Characterize network limits, baselines, and architecture; evaluate security controls.
• Evaluate databases and intelligence gaps; use open source to gather PA I.
• Explore the physical battlespace and define battlespace effects on information systems and networks.
• Analyze information security requirements (confidentiality, integrity, availability) and protect, detect, respond, restore.
• Evaluate ROE for IA/CND/CNA and determine adversary COAs; prioritize most likely and dangerous.
• Continually refine COAs as new information becomes available.
• Assess foreign CND/CNA capabilities, limitations and vulnerabilities.
• Assess potential vulnerabilities of USMC tactical systems to CNA (targeting, ISR, navigation).
