ASRC Federal is seeking a cleared Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) to support our El Paso, TX contract. Responsibilities include risk assessments, security inspections, and documenting CSP deviations under ICD/ICS 705 guidelines.

The CST will maintain access rosters and help develop SOPs with the SSM team. Qualified candidates will hold a TS/SCI clearance, be a US citizen, and have extensive CST experience on ICD/705 projects.

Qualificações

• Active USG TS/SCI clearance required.
• US citizenship required.
• Minimum of 3 years of secure area construction security experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of CST surveillance experience on ICD/ICS 705 projects.
• Experience with ICD/ICS 705 series projects and related documents.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct risk assessments as directed by SSO/AO.
• Report variations to ICD/ICS 705 to the SSM.
• Perform security inspections to ensure CSP compliance.
• Document violations and notify SSM immediately.
• Maintain access rosters for uncleared personnel on site.
• Coordinate with SSM to ensure site requirements are met.
• Assist in SOP development for SSM duties.
• Inspect materials, tools, and personnel per approved procedures.
