Job summary
Cymertek Corporation seeks a skilled Cloud DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud solutions while driving CI/CD. You will optimize performance, ensure high availability, and automate workflows using DevOps practices.
The role requires strong cloud platform knowledge and IaC expertise, with a passion for efficient, secure solutions. The position is based in Annapolis Junction, MD, and is offered as a full-time, on-site role within a dynamic federal contracting
Qualifications
- Proficiency in scripting with Bash or Python.
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible/Puppet).
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
- Knowledge of cloud cost management tools and optimization practices.
- Ability to optimize and scale cloud infrastructure.
- Proficiency with automated testing frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Ability to manage CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of monitoring and alerting systems.
- Experience with cloud security best practices.
