Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Delivery Consultant in Maryland with hands-on cloud architecture and implementation experience. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and involves leading implementations, advising on migrations, and managing risk across projects in a DoD context.

You will design, deploy and optimize secure AWS solutions, collaborate with customers to turn complex requirements into production-ready architectures, and mentor teams while delivering mission-critical outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience.
• 7+ years of consulting, design and implementation of serverless distributed solutions.
• 5+ years of software development with object oriented language experience.
• 3+ years of cloud based solution (AWS or equivalent), system, network and operating system experience.
• Current, active TS/SCI US Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to design and implement scalable, secure AWS solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting throughout delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and migration strategies.
• Act as trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Mentor colleagues and create reusable artifacts.
