Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with poly clearance required.

• Minimum 5 years of professional video production experience.
• Experience from concept to post-production.
• Proficiency in lighting, audio, and editing.
• DSLR camera proficiency in manual mode.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and DaVinci Resolve.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• U.S. citizenship mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts, look books, and scripts with team and clients.
• Plan production schedules, coordinate logistics, and scout locations.
• Capture footage with Canon DSLRs and Sony cameras; set up lighting and audio.
• Edit footage in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve; add graphics.
• Coordinate with producers and clients to align branding and goals.
• Track time, budgets, and training compliance.
