Job summary

Altus Consulting seeks an experienced Project Manager/Integrator to drive successful delivery of complex projects in a fast-paced environment. The role requires coordinating personnel, technology, and processes to meet client expectations and contractual commitments.

You will lead project teams, manage plans and budgets, address risks, and ensure stakeholder alignment across clients, internal teams, and vendors. A strong emphasis on clear communication and continuous improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Active TS/SCI with poly clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• Experience managing personnel, technology and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams, including contractors, to ensure timely and successful completion of tasks.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and addressing issues proactively.
• Manage risks and identify mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project goals.
• Secure and utilize resources including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, internal teams, and vendors.
• Communicate project status and progress clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
