Metron Inc. in Laurel, MD seeks a cleared Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain complex software systems, including analytics, real-time processing and data-driven applications. You will participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation, and collaborate across teams to meet mission requirements.

A TS/SCI with CI polygraph and 3+ years of software experience are required. The position is on-site in Laurel with competitive salary, benefits, and professional development

Formación

• Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph
• 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Developer
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular and/or React Framework, Spring Boot, Node JS, Postgres, ActiveMQ, Redis
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab, CI/CD processes and proper coding etiquette
• Experience programming in Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python or C++
• Object-oriented programming proficiency
• Familiarity with full-stack web application development in any frameworks/languages
• US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED; security investigation eligibility

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain and enhance complex software systems
• Review and test components for adherence to design requirements
• Document test results and resolve software problem reports
• Contribute input on system design, hardware/software trade-offs and reuse
