Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support a Kubernetes-based platform, delivering hands-on technical support and guiding customers through onboarding, deployment, and development workflows. You'll help build a secure DevSecOps pipeline using IaC, and collaborate with development teams across the SDLC to solve complex problems.

The role requires 4+ years in DevOps/DevSecOps, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments (AWS), with TS/SCI clearance and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience developing tools and processes to drive DevOps or DevSecOps maturity, including building and maintaining IaC solutions using Terraform and Terragrunt to automate environment provisioning, enforce configuration consistency, and support reliable build, test, monitoring, and release workflows across multiple environments
• 4+ years of experience troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving issues for CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness
• 4+ years of experience developing, deploying, and managing cloud applications, including AWS
• 2+ years of experience deploying and managing applications within Kubernetes
• Experience developing multi‑tenant enterprise cloud‑native solutions
• Experience working with application development teams across the software development life cycle and creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA‑Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of start date

Responsibilities
