Responsibilities

• Develop mechanisms for self-service, on-demand options for customers.
• Create and maintain a tool to track customer requests and usage of dashboards.
• Compile and maintain personnel statistics for historical reports.
• Conduct workforce analysis to support the Senior Executive Management Office.
• Operate and maintain an Agency HR data dictionary.
