Job summary

Wiser Imagery in St. Louis, MO seeks a Junior Cartographer with a TS/SCI clearance to support Foundation Data production, data integration, and GIS workflows for GEOINT operations. The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and adherence to security requirements.

You will perform data extraction and imagery analysis using ArcMap/ArcGIS Pro/MAXAR, produce Foundation Data products, and contribute to SOPs and best practices in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizen.
Active TS/SCI clearance at time of application with CI poly upon request.
3 points of relevant background via specified pathways (education or experience).
Experience performing data extraction and imagery analysis with ArcMap/ArcGIS Pro/MAXAR.
Experience delivering foundation data reviews as part of a team.
Experience QA/QC using GAIT/QAC.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team.
Basic understanding of foundation data methodologies.
Ability to produce foundation data products.

Responsibilities

Provide tradecraft and technical support for Foundation Data production and data partnerships.
Produce and review Foundation Data for map production at various scales.
Analyze Foundation Data for accuracy and currency.
Participate in technical exchanges with government and partners worldwide.
Develop SOPs, how-to guides, and train team members.
Maintain ITAR exemption for partner interactions.
