Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Functional Tester on Agile projects.
• Experience gathering and managing requirements for government or IC programs.
• Ability to liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Translating requirements into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Supporting mockups, wireframes, and process-flow diagrams.
• Experience with functional testing, UAT, and software development processes.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and validate system and functional requirements.
• Develop process, system, security, test, and user documentation.
• Translate business and mission requirements into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Perform manual and functional software testing.
• Query databases to validate test results.
• Manage and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Facilitate functional-requirements working groups.
• Demonstrate application functionality to users and stakeholders.
• Develop automated test scripts where appropriate.
• Support development of mockups, wireframes, and process-flow diagrams.
• Maintain and update key application products and data as required.
