Base-2 Solutions is seeking an Appian Software Developer/Integrator to design, develop, deploy, and operate a DoD-wide TCPED workflow platform for OSINT. The role spans requirements management, task coordination, data exploitation, enrichment, triage, and analytics through cloud, AI/ML, cross-domain transfer systems, and microservices.

The candidate will deploy releases, integrate Appian with Kubernetes-based infra, and support a big data pipeline using Kafka and Elasticsearch.

Qualifications

• Experience with Appian.
• Experience with containerization.
• Development and/or scripting experience, especially Python and Bash.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD tools and practices, especially GitLab or Jenkins.
• Experience with Agile practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well on a team and independently as a self-starter.

Responsabilités

• Work with a team of systems integration engineers to deploy release candidates to production.
• Participate in test, staging, and production deployments.
• Integrate container-based Appian using Kubernetes, Rancher, Helm, and other DevOpsSec integration tools.
• Assist with maintenance of services and procedures for a big data pipeline (Kafka, Elasticsearch, Python/Java microservices on Kubernetes).
• Monitor automated system integration tests to identify failed modules and components.
• Manage project priorities, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Foster collaboration among team members to provide quality service and products to the customer.
