Allen Integrated Solutions, LLC is seeking a Mid-level Agile Modeling & Simulation Engineer to support digital engineering execution on-site at Wright-Patterson AFB. The role updates system configurations, maintains model data standards, and tracks tasks in two-week sprints to enable rapid capability delivery.

Responsibilities include hands-on SysML model work, ontology-based data taxonomy, and monthly MBSE governance reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience OR a Master’s degree and 3 years in Systems Engineering, Digital Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Experience performing core systems engineering tasks, verifying requirements, and reading/modifying basic SysML diagrams.
Active TS/SCI security clearance for 100% on-site support at Wright-Patterson AFB; familiarity with DoD IT architecture.
NASIC experience is highly desired but not mandatory.

Responsabilités

Hands-on model implementation: modify SysML models under guidance of senior architects.
Taxonomy and data cleanup: apply approved ontologies and standards to data structures.
Administrative reporting support: compile metrics and track progress for MBSE governance reports.
JIRA & Confluence compliance: participate in Agile ceremonies and log changes daily.
