Job summary

B&P Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Access Control Officer to support Army INSCOM Access Control Officer and Escort Support Services.

Responsibilities include providing access control for government facility locations, verifying badges and entry forms, issuing escort badges, and maintaining logs and security communications, ensuring proper clearance levels in DISS/Scattered Castles, and notifying sponsors of visitor arrivals per SOP.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
• U.S. citizen.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with security systems such as DISS or Scattered Castles.
• Ability to obtain First Aid/CPR/AED certifications.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; follow printed rules and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide access control services for government facility locations.
• Control access of personnel, equipment, and media into and out of INSCOM/MSC secure facilities.
• Verify badges and entry/exit authorization forms for equipment and personnel per SOP.
• Issue ESCORT REQUIRED badges to un-cleared personnel, visitors, and service providers.
• Verify visitor clearance levels in DISS or Scattered Castles and issue appropriate badges.
• Conduct random entry/exit inspections as per local EEIP.
• Maintain CMS logs and post/security-related records per SOP.
• Maintain sign-in sheets and inventory of government-furnished equipment.
• Notify supervisors of attempted entries or life-threatening situations to police or emergency teams.
