Job summary

PingWind, Inc. is seeking an Intermediate SharePoint Administrator to sustain collaboration and content services in a governed enterprise environment.

You will manage secure site architecture, permissions, and responsive user support while maintaining governance and compliance. You will design and support Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of SharePoint Site Collection Administration and Power Platform experience.
• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance required.
• Travel may be required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, hub sites, team sites, document libraries, lists, permissions, storage management, and site architecture.
• Establish and enforce governance standards, content management practices, and access controls to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Design, develop, and support Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint and Power Platform issues, coordinate with enterprise admins and technical teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide user training, maintain documentation and operational artifacts.
• Other duties as assigned.
