You will advise high-net-worth individuals on complex estate planning, draft documents, and counsel trustees and executors, with meaningful opportunity to grow a practice and build lasting client relationships.

This hybrid role requires 5–7 years of trusts and estates experience, admission to Georgia bar (or eligibility), and a strong academic record.

Qualificações

• 5–7 years of trusts and estates law experience advising high-net-worth clients.
• Knowledge of gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer tax regimes.
• Experience drafting sophisticated estate planning documents and advising on trust and estate administration.
• Juris Doctor degree and admission to practice law in Georgia, or eligibility to obtain admission.
• Strong academic record (GPA ≥ 3.0).
• Entrepreneurial, client-focused approach; comfortable in a small office.
• Stable work history or explanations for shorter tenures.

Responsabilidades

• Advise individuals and families on wealth transfer and estate planning strategies.
• Draft and review wills, trusts, irrevocable trusts, charitable giving plans, and related documents.
• Counsel trustees and executors on trust and estate administration and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Develop lasting client relationships through direct client contact.
