Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited school.
• 3–5 years of trust and estate experience, including high net worth planning.
• Licensure in MA (active) required; FL or RI licensure a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Ability to manage confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on estate planning and business formation.
• Draft trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and related documents.
• Draft sophisticated estate and tax planning documents.
• Represent personal representatives before probate and family courts.
