Job summary

Illapa Search on behalf of a leading national law firm seeks a Trusts & Estates Associate to join its Missouri-based practice. You will work with high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and fiduciaries on sophisticated estate planning and wealth preservation matters.

The attorney will advise clients on a broad range of trusts and estates matters, including estate planning, wealth transfer, tax planning, trust administration, and related business and succession planning issues.

Qualifications

• Experience practicing in trusts and estates, estate planning, tax, or a closely related practice area.
• Strong knowledge of estate planning and wealth transfer principles.
• Excellent legal research, writing, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.
• Missouri bar admission or eligibility to practice in Missouri.
