Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage trust and estate administration matters from start to finish.
• Counsel high-net-worth clients on estate planning strategies and tax minimization.
• Prepare federal gift tax returns and state/federal estate tax filings.
• Draft wills, revocable/irrevocable trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Represent fiduciaries and beneficiaries in probate court proceedings.
• Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with tax and estate laws.
