You will draft estate plans, assist with tax matters, perform legal research, and collaborate with senior attorneys on sophisticated planning strategies while managing multiple matters.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of law firm experience in estate planning or tax practice.
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills.
• Accurate and strong attention to detail.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple matters.
• Superior academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Draft estate plan documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
• Assist with estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on estate, tax, and trust issues.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex planning strategies.
• Manage client files efficiently.
