Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experience in probate, trust, or related civil litigation.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
• Sound judgment and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations in probate and trust disputes.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and analyze probate and trust issues.
• Manage local counsel and coordinate litigation strategies.
• Appear in probate court for various proceedings.
• Communicate with clients regarding case developments and strategies.
• Maintain organized records and protect confidential information.
