Job summary

Marina Sirras & Associates LLC, a New York–based boutique legal recruiting firm, seeks a Trusts & Estates Associate to join its private client practice. Anticipated compensation is $200K-$220K, commensurate with experience.

This role offers development within a strong platform and exposure to high-net-worth clients. The associate will work on sophisticated matters including estate planning, trust and estate administration, drafting documents, and federal estate and gift tax issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate planning and estate administration is required.
• Strong understanding of estate and gift tax principles.
• Hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the NYC office.

We're working with a highly regarded New York law firm seeking a Trusts & Estates Associate to join its sophisticated private client practice. Anticipated compensation is $200K-$220K, commensurate with experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney early in their career who wants to develop within a strong Trusts & Estates platform and gain meaningful experience working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.

The associate will work on a broad range of sophisticated matters, including:

• Estate and wealth transfer planning
• Trust and estate administration
• Drafting estate planning documents
• Federal estate and gift tax matters

Required Qualifications:

• LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning strongly preferred
• At least one year of prior estate planning and estate administration experience
• Strong understanding of estate and gift tax principles appropriate to class year
• Hybrid schedule — 3 days per week in the NYC office.
