The ideal candidate will have 4+ years advising high-net-worth individuals, families, closely held businesses, and fiduciaries on sophisticated estate planning, tax planning, wealth transfer, trust administration, and related matters.

Qualifications

• Significant experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning, tax planning, wealth transfer, and related matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on sophisticated estate planning, wealth transfer, tax planning, and trust and estate matters.
• Draft and review wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, family wealth transfer documents, and related estate planning instruments.
• Counsel high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and fiduciaries on complex planning strategies.
• Assist with trust administration, estate administration, and fiduciary-related matters as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to serve closely held businesses, family offices, and multigenerational client relationships.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and provide practical, thoughtful, and sophisticated advice.
