Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver''s license with clean MVR.
• Pass DOT drug screen and background check.
• Ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds.
• Must comply with HIPAA and safety protocols.
• 21 years or older and capable of driving across assigned routes.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver medical items safely and punctually according to route schedules or on-demand requests.
• Maintain temperature control and chain of custody for all deliveries.
• Comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and medical handling protocols.
• Safely operate your own insured vehicle and optimize routes.
• Accurately complete delivery documentation including PODs and signatures.
• Use dispatch/mobile apps for real-time tracking and updates.
• Communicate with dispatch and clients regarding arrival times and delays.
